These details are based on rigorous testing procedures coupled with sound precast concrete practice to ensure a smooth installation process and durable structure. Structural engineers may specify or design alternative attachment details which we can also work with.

220mm Construction Details

These typical Litecrete attachment details have been developed to cope with typical residential panel installations in Climate Zone 1 where the 220 mm thickness complies with the Building Code insulation requirements for concrete and masonry. The details are based on rigorous testing procedures coupled with sound precast concrete practice to ensure a smooth installation process and durable structure. Structural engineers may specify/design alternative attachment details which we can also work with.

For 280 mm thick panels (Climate Zone 2) and 330 mm thick panels (Climate Zone 3) the details are identical apart from the respective thicknesses.
