Lily Garden Development (under construction)

This is the first 2-storey house in the 67-lot Lily Garden development on Ormiston Road, Flat Bush, South Auckland.

Litecrete panels provide for rapid construction, however in this instance the building contractor decided to further speed up the construction process.  The exterior faces of the 220 mm thick Litecrete panels were painted and the windows installed in the factory prior to delivery.
 
The roof and mid-floor assemblies were built on the ground adjacent to the floorslab, prior to the panels arriving. The 29 Litecrete panels, mid-floor and roof assemblies were craned in, the installation taking under two days.
The second 2-storey house, slightly different in design, was installed in 9 hours.
