At around 400 square metres of total
floor area, this large house is situated in a unique subdivision built
in close proximity to a golf course. The Litecrete components (35
panels totalling 237 square metres; 13 columns and 2 lintels) were all
installed in several days. The builder (his own home) wanted a natural
concrete look to the panel exteriors, which were coated with a clear
